DANVILLE PLACE POOL RULES

7AM to 8PM - 7 days per week
These rules have been developed in order to preserve the beauty of our newly renovated pool area, and to create a safe and enjoyable experience for all members of our Association. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
1. Use of the pool or common areas by members and guests is at their own risk. THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. The Association will not assume responsibility for illness, accident or injury suffered in or about the pools.
2. The pool is for residents and guests only. Admission to the pool area is controlled by the use of keys. All members using the pools are required to have their key with them at all times. The pool entrance gate must be kept closed and not propped open at any time. Do not open the gate to anyone without a key unless they are your personal guest.
3. No children under the age of 14 permitted without adult supervision. Owners/Residents are allowed one (1) Guest Family (maximum of 6) per adult member at a time. Larger parties must seek prior approval by contacting the Management Company, filling out a request form, and paying a deposit. Guests will be accorded the privileges of the pool only when accompanied by an adult member/resident and only while the member/resident is present. When a member/resident leaves, all guests of that member must leave. Members/Residents are responsible for the actions and conduct of their guests.
4. No children over the age of 7 are allowed in or around the wading pool unless accompanied by an adult owner/resident member.
5. Save our water. Showers are for quick rinse-offs only.
6. Excessive suntan oil must be removed before entering the water.
7. Please remove hair clips, bobby pins, or any other metal objects before entering the pool area, as such items may cause rust stains in the pool. Pool DPHOA Pool Rules cont'd
8. Proper swim wear must be worn at all times. Children who are in diapers must wear leak proof rubber or plastic pants at all times, in and around the pool.
9. Small personal sized inflatables and life preservers used to aid swimmers are allowed. No large or unsafe flotation devices permitted, such as plastic boats, rafts, surfboards, etc.
10. No glass objects of any type are permitted on the pool deck.
11. Food or gum must remain in lawn and table areas and not within 5 feet of the pool's edge.
12. All pool furniture and umbrellas must remain at least 5 feet away from the edge of the water.
13. The pool lift is for people with disabilities only. Please contact the Management Company for instructions and key information if the lift is required.
14. No rough behavior or climbing on fences, gates, retaining wall. No running on pool deck, stairs and sloped walkway. No loud music, water balloons, water guns, skates, skateboarding or bicycles are allowed.
15. Pets are not permitted in the pool or pool area at any time - CCR ยง 65533(b). Any homeowner violating this rule will be automatically fined a minimum of $50.
16. Barbecues are limited to lawn areas only and not on the deck due to staining risks to the concrete deck.
17. Smoking is not permitted within pool enclosure.
Courtesy Rules;
As we do not have daily maintenance............Please clean up after yourselves. Lower umbrellas and straighten furniture before leaving.
Due to limited trash removal services..........Please take excessive amounts of trash with you, especially pizza boxes and recyclables.
